Serviceable Area
Southern Home Inspection serves the North West Georgia region including Adairsville, Calhoun, Cartersville, Dalton, Fairmount, Plainville, and Rome.  We will work outside these areas, please call for scheduling.

Possibly No Out of Pocket Expense
Consult with your Realtor about having the seller pay for the home inspection or ask the financing organization about including it in with the value of the mortgage.  Many financing organizations require you to have a home inspection.  Ask if you can select your own as this is your investment.

We are a small business.  We are not tied to any real estate company, construction company, or a large inspection franchise.  Our only business is to help you receive an unbiased, and thorough inspection on your new home.

Our Inspection Report
Our detailed inspection report is broken down into categories to make reading and understanding it as easy as possible so you can utilize the information in it to your best advantage. It comes with copies of the American Inspector Society standards, and a home maintenance check list with a schedule for the year.

Be Actively Involved in the Inspection
While walking through with the inspector, ask question about anything you don't know and especially if you do not understand something that he is seeing and you do not.  Remember, this is your inspection and if you should understand everything that is going on in the process. There are no silly questions when it comes to the maintenance of your home.

After the inspection if you have any questions or concerns about the property, we are available by phone as often as you want, any time you need us.
