Be Confident in Your Purchase
Don't wait until after you have closed on a home to find out that there are major repairs that need to be made.  Allow us to perform an AIS Certified Home Inspection that will give you real power to negotiate.

Things We Will Do
We will encourage you to walk with the inspector as he checks everything in the home.  This will allow you first hand information about how these different areas of your new home function.  It will also give you valuable insight into how to maintain these different systems.  Most importantly you will be able to see what the home inspector sees and he will have the opportunity to explain about any issues that may be found.

This will also give the inspector a chance to explain any items that will require regular maintenance to ensure that it functions properly.   This is what sets our team apart from the rest.  We want you to be educated about the inspection process and more importantly about how to make your home a positive investment for years to come.

New Construction?
Many people overlook the need to inspect a newly built home.  Please be aware that a building inspector only looks for code violations.  They do not check to make sure that your new appliances work, that the air conditioning or heating is working properly or any of the other major components of the home.  More importantly, along with the standard inspection report, we will provide a "Punch List" of items for the builder that will detail all the items that need to be corrected.
It is so much easier to have the builder repair or replace items your inspector finds defective before you move in.

Selling a Home?
If you are selling your home, it is just as important to have it inspected.   This will save you from being surprised by the seller coming to you with a list of corrections.  With an inspection, you can address any issues before the owner will have a chance to see them.  This will make the house even more attractive to a perspective buyer. The certified report is also a valuable sales tool showing prospective purchasers that your home is in tip top condition.
